Teachers love that guy- my coworkers forced John (Chapman) into units every stinkin’ year. The books always make the kids love him and they always mention he died at the end which kind of makes the whole cute story morbid since we don’t usually read books about dying to little kids. My son started preschool this year and just finished a unit on him. He knows Johnny wears a pot on his head and (of course) died.
I feel like this is inspiration for a Character Assassination…
